It took me about two weeks to walk completely normal after mine, and the check-up was thirty days following the surgery. I would expect that barring any complications, you’d be able to do sports after that check-up. Bush Pilot/Muff Diver
I do a lot of No-Needle No-Scalpel vasectomies and I even did my own. I tell patients to go home after the procedure, elevate the scrotum with a rolled towel, and use an ice bag intermittently for a day. If your job is not strenuous, you can return to work after the weekend (I intentionally do all my vasectomies on Thurs & Friday). Avoid sexual activity for 5 days, at which time it’s OK to start back GRADUALLY to working out and sports. Don’t put yourself in any situation where you might suffer any scrotal trauma. Why? The scrotum is basically a balloon, which can potentially hold a lot of blood if something starts bleeding in there. Best advice is to wait at least 2 weeks to any kind of contact sports. 6 weeks is preferable

That all depends on you. Some men feel that they are ready only in about 3 days. Others may take a few weeks. It is better to err on the side of caution.
I was back to work in only three days. I wait two weeks before returning to hiking. Captain BuzzKill
better if you will start working after 4-5 days rest after non scalpel vasectomy, then you can feel comfortable so you can start jogging & exercise after 2-3 months as you can start early ja k
My vasectomy went smoothly – not at all painful. I was sore for a few days, but nothing painful. I went back to the gym after 6 days and was in a weights class with no problem (though I avoided the jumping jack warmups!) I felt 100% in about two weeks. The worst part was being incredibly horny for the first couple days after and being told not to ejaculate for a week. That week seemed endless.
